ONLINE CLEARANCE / SALE RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and our product. If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly offer store credit or exchange. Please email us prior with your return request, along with your order number and reason for return. Once we have authorized the return, we will provide you with a RA Number and a return address. Merchandise needs to be shipped back to us securely in its original packaging with shipping insurance at buyers expense. Merchandise must be returned UNWORN and in its original condition. Merchandise not meeting the return guidelines will not be accepted and will be returned to buyer at buyers expense. All returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. We do not accept purchases made online to be returned at our store. Please note that ALL store credits and exchanges will be assessed a $25 re-stocking fee.
We offer $10.00 shipping for each style to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada please inquire for additional shipping charges. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO, and international addresses. Refused, undeliverable, and unclaimed packages for any reason will be assessed a $25 re-stocking fee.
